Photo Essay: "It's not my fault the candle blew out..."

One of the joys I find in photography is being able to capture candid moments of life that we would otherwise miss or forget. Frozen in time, these snap shots capture the essence of a moment of joy, sadness, goofiness, determination, or simple mundaneness made extraordinary just by looking at it differently. Of course, it helps to have crazy friends.
