An experiment in INTERACTIVITY

What happens when you view two photos at the same time? Is it any different from viewing them separately?

What if these photos were moving? Does that affect your experience again? Now, what if they were both moving and you could control how fast each of them moved?

Interactivity has always been something that has piqued my interest. Whether it is an exhibition, a blog, a display or even shopping. Having a chance to interact and be involved adds a new dimension to what you are doing. I believe human beings were built to interact. I believe more of everything we do should have some dimension of interactivity and involvement (right on my mind now is architecture, as I think about my dissertation).

What do you think?

yes. there's def a difference when u put in the interactivity =]

just take the example of a photo album. there's a diff if i put 3 photos on the same page vs. 1 photo only. there's a diff if someone holds the album and flips it instead of u flipping it at your own pace.

it's just that with the computer, the interactivity decreases. but with flash and all the other programming coming into place nowadays.. the interactivity is coming back, and that makes a good website/webpage/presentation/blahblahblah.

there's this site i stumbled upon last time that showcased a lot of interactive flash thingamajig. i'll try to find and give u.
